Return Policy
The product must be returned to The Kuza Strap™ office within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All exchanges will be charged additional shipping charges. All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, and in its original package. Return & exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Note
The Kuza Strap™ recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
